Alarabiya 4 u Group Corporate Management L.L.C provides coordination, preparation, and facilitation services related to company formation and registration procedures. This includes collecting required documents and communicating with free zone authorities, the Department of Economic Development, and all relevant government entities. The company does not represent any official authority and does not guarantee the outcome of such procedures.
The company shall not bear any responsibility for rejected applications, delays in transactions, government fees, regulatory changes, or any consequences arising from the misuse of trade licenses or residency permits by the client.
Alarabiya 4 u Group Corporate Management L.L.C provides company formation services with the competent authorities and free zone entities in the United Arab Emirates. This includes coordination, document collection, and submission of applications on behalf of the client in accordance with applicable regulations. The company’s responsibility is strictly limited to procedural and administrative aspects. Approval of applications and issuance of licenses remain entirely at the discretion of the competent authorities.
The company’s responsibility is limited to initial coordination only, without any guarantee of account opening or continuity. It does not intervene in the client’s direct relationship with the bank.
Alarabiya 4 u Group Corporate Management L.L.C offers a complimentary renewal reminder service, notifying the client as license or residency expiry approaches. This service is provided as a supportive measure to assist clients in managing their obligations.
Its purpose is to help clients avoid procedural issues or administrative violations, such as penalties, license suspension, or frozen transactions due to late renewals.
Reminders are sent through available communication channels (email, phone calls, or SMS), and the client acknowledges that this is a non-binding service. The client remains solely responsible for monitoring the validity of their licenses and residencies and complying with the legally prescribed deadlines.
Alarabiya 4 u Group Corporate Management L.L.C is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and documents submitted by clients in the course of company formation procedures or related services. This includes, but is not limited to: personal data, passport copies, licenses, contracts, official documents, and communications.
This data is used solely for the purpose of delivering the services requested by the client and for dealing with relevant official entities (such as free zone authorities, the Department of Economic Development, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, and others).
The company affirms that it does not share or transfer any of this information to third parties outside its authorized partners or the relevant authorities, except with the client’s explicit consent or based on an official request by competent authorities in the UAE.
All data and documents are stored in secure electronic environments or internal archives, and appropriate technical and administrative measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or unlawful destruction of such data.
The client is obligated to refrain from taking any action related to amending, renewing, or cancelling the trade license or any related government transactions without prior notification to and coordination with the company. This ensures procedural consistency and prevents conflicting actions or responsibilities.
The client shall settle all annual fees at least 30 days before license expiry, in addition to any fees related to services rendered fully or partially. All fees paid after the commencement of service or allocation of resources are non-refundable.
In cases of non-payment or bounced cheques, a legal compensation of 5% monthly interest or AED 1,000 – whichever is higher – shall be imposed.
This policy is governed by the laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes.
If any clause in this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining clauses. Both parties shall work in good faith to replace any invalid provision with one that achieves the intended purpose as closely as possible.
The agreement shall remain valid for one calendar year and shall renew automatically unless either party provides a written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the end of the current term.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the other party no less than ninety (90) days prior to the desired termination date. For termination to be effective, the client must have fulfilled all financial obligations towards the company up to the termination date, including payment for any services rendered fully or partially or for which actual resources were allocated.
If the client breaches the notice period or proceeds – during the validity of the agreement – to undertake any formal action with the relevant authorities (such as requesting an amendment, renewal, or cancellation of the trade license or any related document) independently and without notifying or coordinating with the company, such action shall be considered an immediate termination of the agreement by the client.
In such a case, the client shall be liable to pay a fixed, non-negotiable, and non-refundable fee of AED 5,000, which becomes immediately due.
This fee serves as compensation for the administrative and procedural burden and damages resulting from the unstructured termination of the contractual relationship and any consequential obligations before the competent authorities.
This company policy constitutes an integral part of any agreement entered into with Alarabiya 4 u Group Corporate Management L.L.C. It shall be deemed that the client has reviewed and accepted its terms implicitly upon engaging with the company’s services.
