FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I own 100% of my company in the UAE mainland?
Yes. Since 2021, the UAE allows 100% foreign ownership for over 1,000 commercial and industrial activities on the mainland. A local “Sponsor” is no longer required for most activities.

An “Instant License” on the mainland can be issued in as little as 15 minutes. However, a standard setup (including office Ejari and Visa processing) typically takes 7–10 working days.

While the license is issued quickly, banking “KYC” is a separate process. Our Eligibility Audit identifies any “red flags” early on to ensure your profile is positioned for a smooth banking approval.

Every company must register for Corporate Tax. You pay 0% on profits up to AED 375,000 and 9% on profits above that. VAT (5%) registration is only mandatory if your taxable turnover exceeds AED 375,000 annually.

It is the primary gateway. If your investment meets the AED 2 million threshold, you can apply for the 10-year Golden Visa. Otherwise, you are entitled to a 2-year renewable Investor Visa.
